4. Data Protection Act 1998 and The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003

7. Hyperlinking policy
7.1 Hyperlinking to us. Subject to observing the rules on Crown Copyright and third party material outlined in sections 2 and 3 above you can link directly to pages hosted on this site without asking our permission. However in making such links you must not imply endorsement of your site or your organisation by the Department for International Trade. We do not permit our pages to be loaded into frames on your site – pages from this site must load into the user’s entire window.
